Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead ERP or CRM implementation projects. You will drive end-to-end delivery, from initiation to go-live and post-go-live support, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires a proven track record of delivering at least one full Dynamics 365 implementation, strong governance, and excellent communication skills to manage scope, budget and risks.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects end-to-end.
Experience managing ERP/CRM implementations or integration projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and milestones.
Ability to manage budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for successful delivery of Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
Manage projects from initiation through go-live and post-go-live transition.
Coordinate internal teams, functional consultants, developers and client stakeholders.
Lead governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
Manage testing, UAT, data migration and cutover activities.
Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer for BAU/support.
