Job summary

Motus VW Welkom in Bloemfontein is seeking a driven Sales Representative for used vehicles. You will build relationships with customers, identify needs, and guide them through the sales process to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires a proven sales track record in automotive retail, excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. A matric certificate is required and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent; post-secondary education in business/marketing is a plus.
• 2–3 years of automotive sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations to showcase features of used vehicles.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet needs and budget.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends and provide insights to the sales team.
