Qualificações

• Experience coordinating sports or entertainment events.
• Strong planning, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise with clients and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and coordination of sports and entertainment events.
• Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor selection, and contracts.
• Liaise with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
• Develop event timelines, run sheets and operational plans.
• Oversee on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage budgets, track expenses and process invoices.
• Coordinate staffing and volunteers for events.
• Ensure health, safety and security compliance at venues.
• Support marketing and promotional activities for events.
• Prepare post-event analysis and feedback reports.
