You will plan tournaments, community sports days, and recreational gatherings, work with stakeholders, manage budgets, vendors, and registrations, ensuring memorable experiences for participants in the Gauteng region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably within the sports or leisure industry.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of sports and leisure events, managing all logistical aspects.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Develop event budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor contracts.
• Create event timelines, delegate tasks, and oversee on-site event execution and remote coordination.
• Manage attendee registration, communication, and on-site support.
• Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports.
