FNB is seeking a Universal Advisor on a fixed-term contract in Cape Town. The role focuses on delivering compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch environment while promoting digital channels.

Ideal candidates will have Grade 12/NQF4, 1–3 years in customer-facing roles, and a solid understanding of FAIS, FICA, and TCF. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract with closing date 05/11/26.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Admin, Customer Service or related fields as FAIS recognised.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner to understand needs.
• Sell and cross-sell banking products aligned to customer needs.
• Educate customers on digital and self-service channels to migrate to e-channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA and TCF.
