Responsibilities

• Deliver sales to process pre-owned vehicle transactions accurately and on time according to SOPs.
• Negotiate price, finalise sales and follow up with customers for exceptional service.
• Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and escalate unresolved issues.
• Report on transactional activities for informed decision making.
• Ensure compliance with FICA, POPI and Customer Protection Act.
• Support marketing campaigns to increase vehicle sales.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service excellence.
