Job summary

Motus corporation is seeking candidates in Cape Town to deliver sales for pre-owned vehicle transactions with accuracy and timeliness. You will follow predefined procedures, apply known solutions to issues, and maintain high customer service standards throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities include negotiating prices, finalising sales, following up with customers, and ensuring compliance with FICA, POPI and Customer Protection acts while achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate required.
• 3-5 years working experience in a similar environment.
• A valid South African driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales for pre-owned vehicle transactions accurately and timeously.
• Identify and resolve operational problems and escalate as needed.
• Negotiate price, finalise sales and follow-up with customers to ensure service excellence.
