Qualifications

• Matric Certificate.
• 3-5 years working experience in a similar environment.
• A valid South African driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales to process pre-owned vehicle transactions accurately and timeously.
• Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and escalated unresolved issues.
• Deliver on performance targets according to procedures and SLAs.
• Report on transactional activities for decision making in area of accountability.
• Execute governance and compliance processes.
• Provide advice and support to customers to achieve service excellence.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns to increase vehicle sales.
• Negotiate price, finalise sales and follow-up with customers.
• Comply with FICA, POPI and Consumer Protection Act.
• Process leads and follow up on potential sales.
• Develop customer relationships to meet sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
