Job summary

Motus corporation is seeking sales professionals to drive pre-owned vehicle transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing. You will manage leads, negotiate prices, and deliver exceptional service while adhering to FICA, POPI and consumer protection rules.

Applicants should have a Matric certificate, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and a valid SA driver’s license. Strong communication and persuasive selling skills are essential for success in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of working experience in a similar environment.
• A valid South African driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems.
• Deliver on performance targets per procedures and SLAs.
• Report on transactional activities for decision making.
• Execute work in governance and compliance processes.
• Provide advice and support to customers to maintain service standards.
• Design and evaluate marketing campaigns to increase vehicle sales.
• Negotiate price, finalise sales and follow up with customers.
• Comply with FICA, POPI Act and Customer Protection Act.
