Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar event management role.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and execute events of various scales, ensuring they meet company objectives and brand standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure services and negotiate contracts.
• Develop event timelines, manage logistics, and oversee on-site event operations.
• Liaise with marketing and communications teams to promote events and manage attendee registration.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and reporting on success metrics.
