Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Randburg , Gauteng area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events, including staffing, equipment, transportation, and client requirements.
• Liaise with clients to confirm event details, menus, timelines, and special requests.
• Schedule and manage catering staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all events.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of all food and beverage items.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering services at event venues.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation throughout all operations.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, service staff, and clients to ensure smooth event execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise during events.
• Assist in post-event follow-up, including gathering client feedback and reporting.
