Wild Dreams Hospitality in Hluhluwe, KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking a hands-on operations lead for our small, remote lodge. You will manage in-camp operations independently, stay calm under pressure, and build strong relationships with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence is essential.
• First Aid Level 1 certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Confident and respectful in managing staff.
• Energetic, eager to learn, and willing to dive in.
• Friendly, approachable demeanour suited to close-knit team living.
• Comfortable living and working in close quarters with colleagues.
