Inspired Testing seeks a Junior SDR to support its Netherlands-focused business development. You will identify potential clients, initiate outreach in Dutch and English, and help schedule introductory meetings for the Netherlands-based sales team.

This entry-level role offers training, mentorship and real exposure to international tech sales. Based in Cape Town, you will build prospect lists using LinkedIn and CRM tools, while developing strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• No prior SDR experience required; entry-level applicants welcome.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Based in Cape Town or elsewhere in SA; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospect research within the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking market.
• Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Arrange introductory meetings for the Netherlands-based sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM and track activity.
• Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and outcomes.
• Support learning and development through training and coaching.
