Pro Talent is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Representative for our Durban client. The role focuses on driving sales growth across existing markets and identifying new opportunities by understanding customer application requirements and recommending engineered foam solutions.

The candidate should translate customer challenges into practical product solutions, leveraging technical and commercial skills to close deals within the automotive, packaging, maritime, and related industries.

Formación

• Matric or Diploma qualification.
• Knowledge of foam properties (density, shore hardness, compression deflection, tensile strength, elongation).
• Understanding of foam applications (NVH, sealing, insulation, buoyancy).
• Experience in automotive, packaging, maritime, armaments, construction or related sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth across existing markets and identify new opportunities.
• Match customer requirements with technical foam solutions.
• Develop and manage pricing, quotations and negotiations.
• Use CRM to manage pipeline and customer interactions.
