Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in board sales or fittings (melamine boards, chipboard, MDF, edge bands, etc.)
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
• Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of board types and accessories
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and well-organized
• Valid driver’s licence

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of boards and related fittings to existing and new customers
• Provide expert advice on product selections based on client needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the furniture, cabinetry, and construction sectors
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow through to delivery
