Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the candidate market in KwaZulu-Natal.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
