You will supervise junior staff, uphold food safety standards, manage stock, and step in during the Executive Chef's absence, ensuring smooth, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable catering or restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills with understanding of cooking techniques and international cuisines.
• Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
