Job summary

On Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a creative, professional Sous Chef to join our busy catering team in Durban North, South Africa. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef with creating and validating dishes, preparing and executing them, while maintaining smooth kitchen operations.

You will lead a junior kitchen team, ensure high-quality, timely meals, and uphold strict food hygiene. A Culinary Arts degree/diploma and at least 12 months’ experience are required, with flexibility for

Responsibilities

• Provide cover to Head Chef during absences.
• Lead and manage junior kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
