Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior role.
• Proficiency in various cooking techniques and international cuisines.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
