Competenze

• Minimum 8 years in procurement, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record in indirect procurement strategies at large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of indirect service categories and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with e-procurement tools and P2P systems is highly desirable.
• Hybrid work environment; able to work office-based with remote flexibility.
• Must be legally authorized to work in South Africa and based in or able to commute to Durban.
