Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in procurement, indirect services.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and market dynamics for indirect categories.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process for indirect categories.
• Identify sourcing opportunities and develop strategies for best-value services.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Assist in development and implementation of procurement best practices.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to budget management for indirect spend.
• Support contract renewals and terminations as required.
