Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of procurement experience with a focus on indirect spend.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, category management and complex negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills including spend analysis and TCO modeling.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is desirable.
• Excellent understanding of IT, marketing, facilities and professional services procurement.
• Proficiency with procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend areas (IT, marketing, HR, facilities, professional services).
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: market analysis, RFx, supplier selection and negotiations.
• Manage key supplier relationships for indirect categories with focus on performance and value.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in indirect procurement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify consolidation and strategic sourcing opportunities.
• Mitigate risks with indirect suppliers and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Monitor market trends and supplier innovations for indirect spend.
• Develop and present business cases for strategic sourcing initiatives to senior management.
• Ensure optimal contract management and lifecycle compliance.
