Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in purchasing/procurement, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful procurement strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Deep understanding of contract law and risk management in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive purchasing strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee contract negotiations with key suppliers, ensuring optimal terms and value.
• Monitor market conditions and supplier performance to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
