Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities, ensuring vehicles are scheduled and routes optimized.
• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, monitor progress, and resolve issues in real-time.
• Manage relationships with clients, providing shipment updates and addressing logistical concerns.
• Maintain records of deliveries, driver logs, and inventory in the transportation management system.
