Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery statuses using the logistics software.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
• Track movement of goods and provide updates to stakeholders on status and delays.
