Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to analyze sales data for business decisions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in visual merchandising is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage, train, and motivate the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Control store expenses and manage budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store staff.
