Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and visual display techniques.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Drive sales performance by setting targets, motivating the sales team, and implementing sales strategies.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and coaching.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded at all times.
• Manage inventory levels accurately, including ordering, receiving, stocktaking, and minimizing shrinkage.
