Placements24 in Centurion, Gauteng, seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship store. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and safeguard profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with brand values.

You'll recruit and develop talent, optimize inventory, implement visual merchandising standards, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Experience with financial management, P&L statements, and budget control.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as dictated by store operating hours in Centurion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures in Centurion.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed store revenue targets.
• Manage, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to build a strong and capable workforce.
• Control inventory levels, minimize stock loss, and ensure accurate stocktaking and replenishment processes.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
• Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations within the store.
• Act as the primary brand ambassador for our client in the Centurion community.
