Job summary

Concentrix Durban seeks a seasoned Manager, Business Intelligence & Insights to lead a specialist BI team. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve customer experience, operations, and financial outcomes in a large-scale contact-centre environment.

You will build the BI roadmap, guide dashboards, KPI frameworks and automate reporting using Power BI, SQL, Excel and Power Query, while coaching your team and influencing decisions at

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics or a related field.
• 1–2 years in a leadership role leading analytics or insights teams.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query and data visualisation.
• Experience in dashboard design, KPI development, data modelling, forecasting and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic insights by developing the BI and Insights roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Turn data into action through root cause analysis, trend analysis, forecasting and diagnostics.
• Oversee reporting and analytics, guiding dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Lead and develop your team, coaching BI and Insights professionals.
• Influence stakeholders to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting efficiency and dashboard adoption.
