Job summary

Concentrix Durban seeks a seasoned Manager, Business Intelligence & Insights to lead a specialist BI team. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve customer experience, operations, and financial outcomes in a large-scale contact-centre environment.
