Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-focused role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools like SSIS, Talend, or Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Data warehousing knowledge including star and snowflake schemas.
• Basic scripting experience (Python) for data processing and automation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create and maintain data models, ETL processes, and BI reports that align with business objectives.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of BI systems, ensuring smooth data processing and reporting.
• Automation: Automate the generation and distribution of reports to ensure stakeholders have real-time access to data.
• Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data governance standards and ensure data quality, security, and integrity.

Requirements:
