Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a commercially minded Manager, Business Intelligence & Insights to lead the BI function. You will guide a team of BI professionals, partnering with senior stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable recommendations that improve customer experience, operational performance and financial results.

This permanent, on-site role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on expertise with Power BI, SQL and data visualization.

Qualifications

5+ years of BI/analytics/insights experience with leadership exposure.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.
Experience creating dashboards, KPI frameworks, and automated reporting.
Solid understanding of data modelling, forecasting and trend analysis.
Lean Six Sigma or DMAIC knowledge is a plus.
Matric/Grade 12 is required.

Responsibilities

Drive the BI and Insights roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Lead root cause analysis, forecasting, and performance diagnostics to improve outcomes.
Oversee development of dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI, SQL, Excel.
Coach and mentor BI professionals, promoting quality and accountability.
Partner with Operations, Finance and client stakeholders to translate findings.
Drive continuous improvement including data quality and dashboard adoption.
