Job summary

Remote Growth Partners LLC seeks a UI/UX & CRO Designer with a DTC e-commerce background to craft and optimize landing, product, and collection pages, plus quiz funnels that drive revenue. You will work hands-on in Shopify or page builders, identify friction, translate insights into design solutions, and develop CRO tests to improve performance across the funnel.

2+ years in UI/UX, DTC conversion experience, and familiarity with Replo/Shogun/GemPages/PageFly, GA4, Hotjar, and A/B testing tools

Qualifications

2+ years of UI/UX experience.
Experience designing for DTC e-commerce brands to increase conversions.
Background at a Shopify Plus agency, CRO agency, Klaviyo or email agency, or in-house at a DTC brand.
Strong landing page and product page design.
Experience working directly in Shopify or with Shopify page builders (Replo, Shogun, GemPages, PageFly, or similar).
Responsive and mobile-first design experience.
Wireframing and prototyping experience.
User flow experience.
Conversion optimization experience.
A/B testing experience.
Funnel analysis experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly analytical and creative.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize landing pages, product pages, collection pages, and cart experiences.
Build and edit pages directly in Shopify or Shopify page builders.
Design and optimize quiz funnels that guide shoppers to the right product.
Design landing pages that match paid ad creative and offers.
Identify UX issues and conversion opportunities across the shopping journey.
Analyze user journeys and conversion funnels.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Improve navigation, layouts, CTAs, forms, and page structure.
Review heatmaps and session recordings to understand shopper behavior.
Use analytics and user behavior data to inform design decisions.
Develop CRO hypotheses and testing opportunities.
Plan and prioritize A/B tests.
Review the full funnel and identify areas for improvement.
Work with developers to implement design changes where needed.
Measure and analyze experiment results.
Prioritize opportunities based on impact, confidence, and effort.
Design email campaigns and flows, plus other marketing assets as needed.
Continuously identify ways to improve conversion rates and AOV.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, design, and CRO workflows.
