Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Website Manager to enhance performance and engagement across digital channels. You will lead updates, landing pages, and campaign assets, coordinating with marketing, content, design, and development teams.

Required: 3–5+ years in Website Management or Digital Marketing, hands-on CMS experience (WordPress/Webflow/Shopify), and solid analytics with GA4/GTMs/Looker Studio to improve UX, CRO, and reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in Website Management or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience managing and optimising websites to support marketing and business objectives.
Experience with CMS platforms, website analytics, and conversion optimisation initiatives.
Exposure to SEO, UX, CRO, marketing automation or web development projects preferable.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise websites to improve performance, engagement, and conversions.
Implement website updates, landing pages, and campaign assets.
Monitor analytics and user behaviour to identify optimisation opportunities.
Improve website UX, navigation, accessibility, and conversion pathways.
Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and development teams.
Conduct website audits and recommend performance improvements.
Implement tracking, tagging, and conversion measurement requirements.
Stay up to date with web, marketing, and digital experience trends.
