You will coordinate with forklift operators, warehouse staff, and transport providers, maintaining accurate dispatch logs and ensuring orders are packed to specification while adhering to safety procedures. This hands-on role offers growth within the Mossel Bay operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dispatch Clerk or similar role in a warehouse.
• Familiarity with dispatch processes and documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for updating records.
• Ability to work with warehouse teams and external carriers.
• Understanding of the Logistics & Warehousing sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all dispatch documentation, including delivery notes and manifests.
• Coordinate with forklift operators and warehouse staff to ensure timely loading of trucks.
• Communicate with transport companies to confirm pick-up times and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments and update the dispatch log.
• Ensure that all goods dispatched match order specifications and are properly packaged.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations within the dispatch area.
