Job summary

Xceptor is seeking an experienced Director, Head of Product Operations & Enablement to partner with the CPO. You will shape product strategy while running the operational engine that delivers on the roadmap, ensuring alignment, governance, and scalable delivery as the company grows.

You will lead cross-functional teams to optimize planning, budgeting, pricing decisions, and board-ready reporting, using data and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and impact across the product organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Product, Product Operations, or related roles with senior leadership experience.
• Experience designing and scaling product operating models and governance.
• Experience managing a diverse product portfolio and reporting to boards or execs.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product operating model, governance, and planning cadence.
• Own portfolio management, roadmap planning, and resource allocation across product teams.
• Provide exec-level transparency on priorities, trade-offs, and progress; prepare board materials.
