Job summary

PerformIT Personnel seeks a strategic, customer-focused leader to own and evolve a global digital customer experience platform. You will combine product ownership with business analysis, turning customer insights into executable roadmaps and tested solutions.

You will collaborate with UX/UI teams, data analytics, and AI opportunities to enhance the platform and strengthen the customer value proposition while navigating a matrixed, largely remote stakeholder network.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital product management, product ownership, business analysis, digital transformation or customer experience.
Experience working with UX/UI teams and an appreciation for intuitive design.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work across business, technology and regional teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the digital customer experience platform, ensuring standardised, documented business processes.
Turn customer needs and AI/automation opportunities into executable roadmaps and tested solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product delivery and adoption.
Define KPIs and drive adoption, value, and continuous improvement.
Balance priorities across global stakeholders and remote teams.
