TalentXD is partnering with an international iGaming business to appoint a Chief Product Officer (CPO) who will own the product vision and roadmap. You will report to the CEO and lead a diverse portfolio spanning affiliate products, B2B platforms and monetisation solutions to drive growth and scalable technology across key markets.

You will build a high-performing product organisation, establish clear KPIs, and oversee partnerships, AI opportunities and compliance to ensure responsible gaming

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with senior leadership experience.
• Experience as CPO or VP of Product in iGaming.
• Proven success launching B2B platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and revenue growth track record.
• Ability to lead multiple products and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a unified product vision and roadmap aligned with commercial objectives.
• Oversee multiple product lines including affiliate products and B2B platforms.
• Evaluate build, buy, partner and white-label strategies for viability and scalability.
• Drive the evolution of technology platforms into commercially successful standalone products.
• Lead product discovery, prioritisation, documentation and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure efficient development.
• Set up product performance indicators linked to revenue and engagement.
• Lead data-driven decision making and customer insights to guide product decisions.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into product development and ensure regulatory compliance.
