Job summary

The role requires proactive collaboration across IT, Commercial, Operations and senior leaders, shaping a vision that simplifies logistics, enhances customer value and aligns with global standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital product management, product ownership, business analysis or digital transformation.
- Experience managing customer-facing digital products or platforms.
- Strong grasp of discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, user journeys and agile delivery.
- Ability to work with UX/UI teams and appreciate intuitive design.
- Exposure to AI-enabled customer experiences or predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and evolve the company’s digital customer experiences.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into clear priorities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT, Commercial, Operations and senior leadership for alignment.
- Lead cross-functional work across business units to standardize processes.
