- Key brand‑building moments (e.g., Skin Health Month, awareness initiatives)
- Create and own the entire marketing funnel, guiding customers seamlessly from awareness through consideration, purchase, and ultimately, loyalty.
- Define clear key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring they align directly with revenue goals, and rigorously monitor return on investment (ROI) across all digital platforms.
- Campaign Conceptualisation & Leadership
- Ideate compelling campaign concepts and effectively brief our digital designer and copywriter for the creation of engaging ad creatives, high‑converting landing pages, and impactful email campaigns.

- Work collaboratively with the Web Developer to continuously optimise user experience (UX), enhance product filtering functionalities, and improve upsell/cross‑sell mechanics (e.g., implementing "frequently bought with" suggestions).
- Customer Segmentation & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and iterate on detailed customer personas, distinguishing between:
- First‑time buyers
- Customers with loyal skincare regimens
- Doctor‑referral customers
- Plan and execute effective customer retention strategies, including:
