Adaptive & Co is a data intelligence consultancy and a Certified Google Marketing Platform Partner, with teams across the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We work with global brands across e-commerce, B2B SaaS, travel, financial services, retail, and education on measurement strategy, GA4 and GTM (web and server-side), CMP and consent, analysis, data visualisation, BI, paid media, and training.
The Role
We're hiring a Program Manager to lead our most complex client programmes across analytics, data and performance marketing, from scoping through to execution. You'll be the operational bridge between our clients and a multidisciplinary team of data architects, engineers, data scientists and media specialists.
This role is for an experienced delivery lead who is as comfortable with margin, forecasting and SOWs as with client relationships. You'll run a portfolio weighted toward Tier 1, multi-pillar and fractional engagements, and you'll be accountable for three outcomes across that portfolio: delivery performance, client retention and client growth. You'll know each client's business, know what we've delivered and what it was worth, and turn that into a clear path to renewal and the next piece of work.
You'll be the most experienced delivery lead in our project management team: a first point of guidance for our Digital Project Managers, a deputy when the Project Management Lead is unavailable, and a contributor to the standards, templates and processes the function runs on. You'll work alongside our Solutions Architects, Technical Team Managers and Senior Performance
Senior Performance
Managers across the three pillars of our delivery model:
- Data Foundations: Discovery, consultation, strategy, solution architecture, and implementation oversight
- Digital Intelligence: Analysis, insights generation, BI and strategic consultation
- Marketing Activation: Paid media, audience activation, and conversion programs that turn insight into business outcomes
The Scope
- Lead complex, multi-pillar engagements end-to-end: create the blueprint, the execution roadmap and the resource schedule, and own the outcome
- Plan and allocate resources to sprints across pods, balancing delivery, margin and practitioner wellbeing
- Own project health across your portfolio: forecast profitability and margin, act early on scope creep and budget deviation, and surface risks before they become slips
- Hold every deliverable, specification and client report to a client-ready standard
- Own retention and growth for your clients: know the renewal position on every retainer a quarter out, propose a next step on every project, and log upsell and cross-service opportunities in HubSpot
- Act as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, leading kick-offs, status meetings, account reviews, and client roadmaps
- Lead effort estimation, scheduling, and SOW drafting for new and expansion work, and keep SOWs, change requests, and billing current
- Own the post-launch warranty process, client handover and contingency planning
- Mentor our Digital Project Managers on scoping, commercial control and client communication, and review their blueprints and SOWs
- Deputise for the Project Management Lead on the weekly delivery review, capacity check, and PM meeting
- Contribute to how we work: templates, retrospective findings, the PM playbook, and AI adoption (Gemini, Claude, Rovo) in delivery workflows
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in project management within digital marketing, analytics, or technology consultancy or agency environments
- A track record of managing a portfolio of concurrent client engagements with accountability for margin and retention
- Commercial and financial control of a multi-client portfolio: margin, forecasting, budget tracking and billing
- Delivery leadership on complex, multi-pillar digital analytics and performance marketing programmes
- Client leadership at senior level: you've owned stakeholder relationships and run retention and expansion conversations
- Experience mentoring or informally leading other project managers
- Process and systems thinking, and proficiency with Jira (or similar), Harvest (or similar), and AI tools in delivery workflows
- Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to executive client stakeholders and internal delivery teams

- Understanding of the Google Analytics and Marketing Platform stack
- Familiarity with paid media operations across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn
- Experience with retainer and fractional team models
- Experience working with enterprise clients
