Top Vitae seeks a strategic leader to own and evolve the global digital customer experience platform. You will merge product ownership with business analysis, turning customer insights, processes and AI opportunities into a clear roadmap and executed solutions.

You will work across IT, Commercial, Operations and senior leadership, balancing near-term needs with long-term evolution and ensuring consistent, value-driven outcomes for customers and the business.

Competenze

5+ years in digital product management, product ownership or business analysis.
Experience delivering customer-facing digital products and platforms.
Strong discovery, roadmapping, prioritization and analytics skills.
Ability to work with UX/UI teams and drive agile delivery.
Proven stakeholder management across global teams.

Mansioni

Own and evolve the product roadmap for the digital customer experience platform.
Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable initiatives.
Collaborate with IT, Commercial, Operations and leadership to shape vision.
Lead discovery, define MVPs and manage delivery from design to adoption.
Champion adoption metrics and articulate business value of digital investments.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and regional teams.
Drive governance of standard processes and ensure alignment with global standards.
