Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems or Business Management.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in digital analytics or performance management.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL and Excel; knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor digital KPIs; build dashboards and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze digital customer journeys; identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
• Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities using Lean Six Sigma.
• Validate data quality and establish measurement frameworks for digital channels.
• Analyze customer behavior to improve self-service and engagement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Measure benefits and report on performance improvements and costs.
