Job summary

FNB POP Universal Advisor in Cape Town seeks a customer-focused Universal Advisor to deliver compliant banking and service solutions in a high-volume branch environment. You will educate customers on digital channels, identify needs, and actively promote self-service platforms while adhering to FAIS, FICA and TCF principles.

You will handle walk-in and existing customers, achieve service and sales targets, maintain records, and stay updated on product offerings and channel innovations.

Qualifications

• Must have FAIS, FICA and TCF awareness.
• Minimum 1–3 years in customer-facing banking/service roles.
• Grade 12/NQF4 is compulsory; additional FAIS qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner.
• Identify needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
