Job summary

FNB is hiring a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch setting. You will identify customer needs, educate on banking platforms, and migrate customers to digital channels while maintaining accurate records.

You will work in a dynamic POP environment, uphold FAIS/TCF standards, and contribute to brand representation in your local market. This role emphasizes ethical conduct and continuous development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF 4 required.
• Preferred NQF 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments.
• Strong FAIS, TCF knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Able to meet sales, service and customer experience targets.
• Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally and identify needs to sell and cross-sell.
• Educate customers on correct banking platforms and migrate to digital channels.
• Fulfill transactions above benchmarks while delivering service.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and internal governance.
• Represent the brand as a POP member in the local market.
