Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in customers in a branch.
• Educate customers on banking channels, including digital and self-service options.
• Process transactions and meet service targets with accuracy.
• Manage leads and referrals within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with FAIS, FICA, TCF.
