Job summary

FNB, part of FirstRand Group, seeks a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service in a high-volume branch setting. You will guide walk-in and existing customers to suitable banking solutions, with a focus on FAIS, FICA, and TCF governance while promoting digital channels.

As part of the POP team, you will identify customer needs, upsell where appropriate, and maintain compliant customer records in a busy environment. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have FAIS, FICA and TCF awareness.
• Sales targets and customer experience goals are expected to be met.
• Must be able to work in a branch, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner.
• Educate customers on banking platforms and migrate to digital/self-service channels.
• Fulfil transactions while meeting benchmarks and quality standards.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory compliance.
