Job summary

FNB is seeking a Universal Advisor in Cape Town to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a busy branch environment. You will guide walk-in and existing customers to banking products, educate on digital platforms, and ensure high standards of service and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in customer-facing roles within financial services, with a strong ethic, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate recognized by FAIS (Banking/Business Admin/Customer Service).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner to identify needs and provide product solutions.
• Educate customers on banking platforms and migrate to digital/self-service channels.
• Achieve sales, service, and customer experience targets in a high-volume branch setting.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF, and internal governance.
