Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS-recognised field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner by being helpful.
• Understand customer needs to identify, sell, and cross-sell banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital and self-service channels and migrate them to e-Channels.
• Fulfil transactions while meeting service targets and compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance.
