Job summary

Nedbank is recruiting for a position within Personal and Private Banking - Consumer Channel. The role focuses on educating clients about self-service digital solutions while addressing their sales and service needs to grow market share.

The candidate will engage clients, build trust, and guide them through product features, cross-sell where appropriate, and ensure compliant onboarding. FAIS accreditation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Strong knowledge of Nedbank products and services preferred.
• Experience in client-facing banking or retail sales desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client needs by offering the right service and solution.
• Educate clients on self-service digital solutions and how to access them.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
• Assist clients to understand product features and benefits and guide sales opportunities.
• Ensure clients are onboarded in line with Nedbank policy and procedures.
